MRS JUN — Rental Policy & Terms of Service

Welcome to Mrs Jun. By renting a dress from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Fitting Appointment

Try-On Before Pickup: To ensure a perfect fit, we provide a mandatory or highly recommended fitting session at the time of your pickup.

Alterations: Any temporary or permanent alterations, tailoring, or adjustments to the dress by the client (including the use of safety pins, tape, or hem clips) are strictly prohibited.

2. Local Pickup & Return Only

Location: All rentals are strictly for local pickup and return at our location:

425 S Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036.

No Shipping: We do not offer shipping or delivery services. The client who made the booking must pick up and return the dress in person unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Return Deadline: The dress must be returned to the same address by the final day of your rental period no later than 8:00 PM.

3. Security Deposit & Condition Check

Authorized Hold/Deposit: A security deposit of $200 will be charged or authorized on your card at the time of booking.

Inspection: Before you walk out with the dress, we will inspect it together during your pickup. Upon return, we will conduct a thorough inspection for any damages.

Refund: The deposit will be fully refunded within 3 business days after the dress is returned undamaged and on time.

4. Damaged, Lost, or Stained Items

Professional Cleaning Included: Do NOT attempt to wash, dry clean, or spot-clean the dress yourself. Professional eco-cleaning is included in the rental price and will be handled exclusively by us.

Ordinary Wear and Tear: Minor, easily treatable stains (e.g., light dirt on the inner hem) or minor loose threads are considered normal wear and tear and will not be penalized.

Major Damage: In the event of irreversible damage (such as fabric tears, cigarette burns, permanent stains like ink or certain oils, or loss of elements), or if the dress is lost/stolen:

The security deposit will be forfeited.

If the cost of repair or total replacement exceeds the deposit, the client agrees to be charged the remaining balance up to the full retail value of the dress.

5. Late Returns & Cancellation

Late Fees: If the dress is not returned by the agreed date and time, a late fee of $50 per day will be deducted from your deposit.

Non-Return: If the item is delayed by more than 4 days without communication, it will be considered a non-return. The deposit will be forfeited, and the client will be billed for the full retail cost of the garment.

Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
